Additional orders are not included and shoul be paid on-site.

Parking: 25 PLN/day.


The payment for accommodation should be paid to 7 days after registration

as a confirmation of hotel reservation.

If no payment shall be made within the time period, reservation will be cancelled.

VAT invoices for the participation in conferences organized or co-organized by Business Service Galop company are issued to the buyers, whose details are indicated in the electronic application form, in the „Invoice data” section. VAT invoices are issued after the payment for registration fee will be confirmed at the given company account. Please note, that if this part will be filled up for the individual buyer (natural person), the payment will be recorded immediately in the cash register. Any invoice corrections are only possible on a written, motivated request sent by the buyer for whom the invoice was issued.
Amendments to the buyer are not allowed.
